Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Undergarments
• Swimwear (unless defective)
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
