Eligible products may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:

- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached, where applicable
- In original packaging where reasonably applicable
Items showing signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items

Do not send a product to our business address unless Style Satin customer support specifically provides return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after the refund has been processed, depending on your payment provider.
Original Shipping Charges
Since Style Satin offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, there are no original shipping charges to refund. Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
